Calculemus builds custom software and AI automation in Chișinău, Moldova. We start from a process your team repeats by hand, count the steps a person takes in it and build software to do those steps instead. Decisions that need a person are still made by someone on your team.

How we work
We measure every project by one number: how many steps in the process still need a person.

Count the steps
We sit down with the people who run the process and write down every step: what it is, who does it and how often.

Agree on what stays human
Steps that carry responsibility, such as an approval, a signature or a professional’s judgement, stay with a person. We agree on these steps with you before we build anything.

Build the software
AI does the steps that fixed rules cannot do, such as reading a scanned document or answering a question written in everyday language. A change to money or records that needs a person’s approval is made only after that approval, and every change is logged.

Count again
Once the software is running, we count the steps again. The steps that no longer need a person are what the project delivered.
